Project Costing
Project Costing commences in the initial stages of the project with the estimating team providing an accurate indicative costing of the preliminary sketch plan.
This indicative costing can assist in identifying the relative budget required for the project in addition to assisting in negotiations with involved parties as to their financial contribution to the project (e.g. a building owner may contribute to the fit out of a prospective tenant).
Our estimators use benchmarks derived from similar projects and keen industry rates to deliver an accurate assessment of the total cost of the proposed fit out.
Once detailed plans are completed we obtain fixed quotations for the project. As we occupy a pre-eminent position in the market we are able to achieve prices that others simply cannot match.
